- Became aware of the Judgement of the European Court of Human Rights against the exposure of the crucifix in classrooms in homage to an Italian principle of secularity and neutrality of public institutions ;

- also found that democracy and pluralism are weakened and made more just a temporary absence of a reference set to begin its ideals from educational institutions and a religious abstract which deprives roots of the foundations of democratic society, to be true, he just needs values, ideals and identity;
- Given the Articles 3, 7, 8, 10 and 12 of the Fundamental Principles of the Italian Constitution (5 out of 12!)

- to exhibit with a special bulletin the percentage of funds received from 8 per thousand unsuspecting people who thought they had paid to the State and instead were nevertheless paid to the Italian Catholic Church;
- to exhibit the same bulletin 's tax rebates applied to real estate and commercial activities of the Church ;
- remember, always in the same board, with appropriate notice that in spite of the above mentioned articles of the Constitution religion teachers in Catholic schools are chosen by Curie but paid by the State.
